Recruitment Process

1. submit your application here

2. receive a confirmation email

3. some of our residents will reach out within a few weeks

4. there will be one or several virtual video conversations 

5. Sign contract & move in! (3 months notice period, stay up to 3 years)

The Admission Criteria

Residents are selected based on:

  • Alignment with the five general criteria

  • Ensuring diversity of demographic and professional backgrounds

  • Contribution to a culture of authenticity, joy and co-creation
